MORNING COFFEE:

Hot Drinks: Coffee, Hot Cocoa, Tea, and Apple Cider.  Served in the lobby 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.  Join us!

 

FAX SERVICES:

Facsimile service is available at the front desk.  The fax number is 541-996-4332 and check with the front desk for rates. We will notify you of any incoming fax.

 

HOUSEKEEPING:

Rooms are cleaned between the hours of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  To set a specific time for your room to be cleaned or if you need extra blankets, pillows, iron, etc. please Dial "0".

 

MESSAGES & MAIL:

If the message light on your phone is flashing or phone rings, the operator has a message or mail for you. Mail drop is available at the Front Desk. Mail pickup and delivery is at 11:00 am.

 

PETS:

Sorry, no pets are allowed.

 

RESERVATIONS:

If you require any information about your reservation or wish to make a future reservation, please Dial "0" and our Front Desk will assist you. You can also reach us at our toll free reservation number 1-800-553-2683.

 

RESTAURANTS:

Many restaurants are available nearby. A directory of local restaurant listings are available in the rooms.

 

SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES:

To maintain security for our guests' valuables, we provide safe deposit boxes for the extent of your stay. Please inquire in person at the Front Desk.

 

SODA, JUICE & ICE MACHINES:

Ice is available in the office free of charge to our guests. The ice machine is located near the Lobby.

 

SWIMMING POOL & SPA:

Our Swimming Pool is 75 degrees and Spa / Hot Tub is 100 degrees and is outdoors open seasonally from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please be advised there are no lifeguards on duty.  Children must be accompanied by an adult. Towels are available at the Front Desk.

Frequently Asked Questions

DO ALL OF THE ROOMS HAVE AN OCEAN VIEW?

 

No. We have rooms with an Ocean View and others that do not have a view although all are steps from the beach. You must make sure you are selecting an ocean view room if you book online. If you book a non-view room online and want an ocean view when you check-in you can upgrade to an ocean view room which costs more than a non-view room.

 

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES?

 

Rooms are guaranteed to be ready for check-in by 3:00 pm. If you are arriving later than 7:00 pm, we ask that you call and let us know to expect you. After 7:00 pm we start cancelling reservations that don't show up. Check-out time is 11:00 am, but you may request later check-out for an additional charge, as this affects the room being ready by 3:00 pm. If you want to check-out before the office is open, just leave your keys in your room. Once checked-in, you may check-out anytime, no need to stop by the office, but we are always glad when you do.

 

CAN I PAY CASH?

You may pay for your stay with cash, although a valid credit card is required to be on file for all stays or a cash deposit.

 

I MADE A RESERVATION ONLINE, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT?

If you made a reservation online with Booking.com or other online reservation, you must make your changes through the online company. We do not have access to change online reservations made through other companies.

 

WE HAVE A COUPON FOR A SPECIAL RATE FOR 2 PERSONS. CAN WE RENT THE SPACE FOR TWO PEOPLE AND BRING EXTRA GUESTS SUCH AS OUR CHILDREN?

No. Room occupancy rates and total Occupancy Rates are set by the State Fire Marshall and are not flexible. If you bring more people than your room allows, you will be required to rent an extra room or upgrade to a room with sufficient sleeping space.

 

ARE VISITORS ALLOWED IN OUR ROOM?

Visitors are allowed until Quiet Time at 9pm, although visitors are not allowed in the pool or Jacuzzi which is for guests only.

 

WE ARE THINKING OF HAVING A FAMILY REUNION OR OTHER GATHERING AT THE BEACH. IS COZY COVE A GOOD PLACE FOR REUNIONS?

Yes! Cozy Cove is an excellent choice. We have our Paradise Cove beach house here with sleeping for up to 12. You can rent additional rooms as necessary for extra guests with access to the pool and Jacuzzi, wifi, TV and other amenities available. Please check with the front desk for info.

 

ARE ALL OF YOUR ROOMS OCEAN FRONT ROOMS?

No. We are an oceanfront property with 69 rooms. Approximately 35 rooms are Ocean view, while the other rooms do not have an Ocean view.

 

IS THIS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY?

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, however smoking is allowed outside the rooms.

 

CAN WE BRING OUR PET?

Sorry, Pets are not allowed. Service animals with proper documentation are allowed but you may be subject to additional cleaning fees.

 

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

You may incur additional charges for physical damage to the property, rooms, beds, misuse of property or damage caused by pets which require additional cleaning. You may also be charged for disturbances or failure to observe property rules and Quiet Time.

 

IS IT QUIET THERE?

It is very peaceful here at the beach and we ask everyone to be considerate of their neighbors. Quiet Time is 9:00pm and we request everyone to keep the noise down after 9pm. We have zero tolerance for illegal activities such as drug use, under-age drinking and noisy disturbances. If the police are called to your room for any reason, you may be charged a $250 Disturbance fee.

 

WHAT ARE THE OUTDOOR JACUZZI SEASON AND HOURS?

Our pool and Jacuzzi are seasonal, please call for exact dates. When open, the hours are 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. We provide towels, but you may want to bring your own beach towels.

 

DO YOU HAVE A SHUTTLE BUS TO THE CASINO?

The Chinook Winds Casino has a FREE shuttle bus that comes by every hour on weekends only. You must be near the street and flag the driver down or he may drive on by. Please check with Chinook Winds Casino for exact schedules of their Shuttle Bus.

 

IF WE WILL BE ARRIVING LATE OR WE HAVE AN EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS, WHEN IS THE OFFICE CLOSED?

Please call us if you are delayed or arriving after regular office hours. We have staff onsite 24 hours a day. From your room, Dial 0 to reach the answering machine and leave a message.

 

DO YOU HAVE WIFI?

FREE Wifi is available in every room, please check with the front desk for the password.

 

WHAT TV CHANNELS DO YOU HAVE?

We have 27 channels - the major networks, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, we have four Starz / Encore movie channels, but sadly, we do not have ESPN.

 

CAN WE FIND GLASS FLOATS ON THE BEACH?

Yes! When Lincoln City hides glass floats on the beach, you may find one right outside your room. Make sure to register your float and get a serial number.

 

ARE YOU IN A TSUNAMI WARNING ZONE?

Yes, we are about 10 feet above sea level. At high tide the ocean is about 100 feet from your room. In the event of a Tsunami warning, please follow the evacuation routes to high ground. The City of Lincoln City has a Tsunami warning system with Sirens and Emergency Alert Notifications.

 

WHAT ELSE SHOULD WE KNOW ABOUT?

It can be very windy here at the beach so bring warm clothes and something to cover your ears from the wind, even in summer. Many rooms have coffee pots, so feel welcome to bring your favorite coffee with you. The only rooms that have working kitchens are the Kitchen Oceanfront Rooms, but most rooms at least have a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. We recommend making a small checklist of important items you bring so that you remember to take them with you when you leave - such as cell phone chargers, pillows, blankets, towels etc. If you do forget and leave an item when you check out, please call right away and we will do our best to locate your missing item.
